SHIPPING

All orders are processed+shipped within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise on the product's page and/or website. WE ONLY SHIP ORDERS MON-WED. 

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email or text with a tracking number.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees, including shipping insurance and signature, if requested.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email contact@lapariscandles.com  within 24hrs.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. We can then file a claim with the shipping carrier. Kindly provide us with the photographic proof of damages within 2 days of receiving your purchased goods so we can help initiate the claim.

EXTREME HEAT

Our candles use natural waxes which can melt during the hot summer months. High temperatures could cause candles to melt in hot trucks en route. Order at your own risk. In order to avoid products being delayed in trucks over weekends, we try to ship out products Mon-Wed during the summer months.

We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance, although shipping carriers may not be liable for damages occurring from melted wax.
